Joel's new job
Joel started his new job this week. He works back in Spanish fork where he worked before Orin was born. His drive is the same distance as the job in salt lake but he now works the swing shift so he misses the busy traffic. Which is nice for him. He stays home with Orin til 1:30 and then takes him to daycare and gets home about 10:30. Every morning they call me at work on FaceTime so I can see them and they see me. Orin is so funny about it. He loves to give kisses now and gives me a kiss on FaceTime it is adorable. This new shift is kind of a big adjustment for us but I think it will be really good for Orin to spend more time at home and he loves sleeping in with dad. We get to do things together in the mornings and that is pretty fun. Today we all went to home depot. Orin loves the carts there. Here are some pictures of him.

ReplyDeleteOrin is growing up too fast! It's funny that Joel is back on the same job! Good thing the commute isn't any longer though. I bet you will learn to like the new shift. You will both have more time with Orin, so that will be nice. But less time with each other. :( At least you have Fridays though.
