Dusting

Since Joel is at work Orin helps me clean the house. Luckily he loves to help. A few pictures of him helping dust.

Idaho trip and the fair

We went to Idaho a couple weeks ago but I haven't had a chance to post the pictures til now. We went to the burley fair. We had a great time seeing our family and friends while there. Here are some pictures we took. I wish we had more.

Joel and Orin playing legos at Grandma and Grandpa Ricks.  They were having a great time. Orin loves to play legos. This is something we do a lot of. He loves to dump the bag of legos and likes to throw them in the bag.

 

We were locked out. So we just hung around outside and Orin chased the kitty. We also caught a sheep that was running loose and put it back in the cage. I didn't get a picture of this because we were kind of busy trying to catch it. Orin and I were very helpful we scared the sheep right towards Joel.

Grandma and Grandpa Jubeck took us to lunch at Taco Bandido (my favorite place in Burley). Orin loved the fry sauce.

Orin on the drive home. Grandma and Grandpa Jubeck gave him this teddy bear and he takes it everywhere. It is the bear that he sleeps with every night. He has been giving kisses a lot lately and he gives his teddy bear kisses and then I have to give the teddy bear a kiss. He is such a fun kid.

  

 

Big Brother

We have some very exciting news! Orin is going to be a big brother! We are due February 20 so that makes us almost 15 weeks along. So we made Orin a shirt that says big brother. When I was trying to get a picture of Orin in his shirt he ran and decided he wanted to crawl so I couldn't get very good pictures but here are a few. 

I got Orin on the ground and was tickling him here.

Here he is laughing cuz I caught him. He loves to be chased. I think Orin will be a good big brother. He will probably always want to read books to the baby.

Joel's new job

Joel started his new job this week. He works back in Spanish fork where he worked before Orin was born. His drive is the same distance as the job in salt lake but he now works the swing shift so he misses the busy traffic. Which is nice for him. He stays home with Orin til 1:30 and then takes him to daycare and gets home about 10:30. Every morning they call me at work on FaceTime so I can see them and they see me. Orin is so funny about it. He loves to give kisses now and gives me a kiss on FaceTime it is adorable. This new shift is kind of a big adjustment for us but I think it will be really good for Orin to spend more time at home and he loves sleeping in with dad. We get to do things together in the mornings and that is pretty fun. Today we all went to home depot. Orin loves the carts there. Here are some pictures of him.

Orin loves books

Orin loves books so much he is always carrying them around the house and we are always reading them. His favorite book is the lion king at the moment. He loves ones with animals in it. Everyday in the car he looks at books and has to bring one into daycare. When he first gets there he runs to the book shelf everyday. He is so funny.
